Refund Policy

All products sold directly by BosonIT LLC on this store are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped, so there are no physical returns.

When we replace or refund

Email kacj77@gmail.com within 14 days of payment, with your order number, and we will replace the file or refund the order if:

• the file will not open or is damaged,
• the download link fails and we can’t fix it,
• the file is materially different from the product description, or
• you accidentally bought the same product twice (we refund the duplicate).

Because files are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, we don’t otherwise offer change-of-mind refunds after a file has been downloaded. If you haven’t downloaded the file, ask within 14 days and we’ll refund you.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. A refund ends download access for that order. Any sales tax you paid is refunded with it.

Payment disputes

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. We usually reply within 2 business days.

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live. Purchases made with other retailers through affiliate links follow those retailers’ return policies.
